Cúp EFL (tiếng Anh: EFL Cup hay League Cup), hiện được gọi là Carabao Cup vì lý do tài trợ, là một giải đấu bóng đá theo thể thức loại trực tiếp, được điều hành bởi English Football League. Tại Việt Nam, giải còn được biết tới với tên gọi Cúp Liên đoàn Anh (mặc dù dịch không chính xác với tên gốc).

Được tổ chức bởi English Football League (EFL), giải đấu dành cho bất kỳ câu lạc bộ nào trong 4 cấp độ hàng đầu của hệ thống giải bóng đá Anh - tổng cộng 92 câu lạc bộ - bao gồm Premier League, Championship, League One và League Two.

Giải được tổ chức lần đầu tiên vào mùa giải 1960–61 với tên gọi Football League Cup, đây là một trong ba giải bóng đá cao nhất ở Anh, cùng với Premier League và Cúp FA.
