Об'єкт

Не плутати з Суб'єкт.

Об'є́кт (від лат. objectum — «предмет») — у загальному значенні  — «те, на що спрямована певна діяльність» (на противагу суб'єкту, який здійснює таку діяльність).

  • Об'єкт — матеріальний предмет пізнання і практичного впливу з боку людини (суб'єкта); будь-який предмет думки, дослідження, художнього відображення тощо.
  • Об'єкт права — явище, на яке спрямовується дія права.
  • Об'єкт у мовознавстві:
    • Об'єкт або додаток — другорядний член речення
    • Об'єкт — семантична категорія синтаксису, що стосується назв предметів або істот, на які спрямовано дію, процес або стан, звичайно виражені дієсловом.
  • Об'єкт — одиниця даних та основний елемент в об'єктно-орієнтованому програмуванні.
  • Технічний об'єкт — будь-який виріб (елемент, пристрій, підсистема, функціональна одиниця або система), який можна розглядати відокремлено[1].
  • Об'єкт керування — об'єкт, що потребує спеціально організованих діянь для того, щоб забезпечити близькі до бажаних процеси та (або) значення (співвідношення значень) параметрів
  • Об'єкт злочину — елемент складу злочину.
  • «Об'єкт» — найменування Головного бронетанкового управління СРСР, що надавалося дослідній бронетехніці.
