Yüce lider (Korece: 최고령도자; Romanizasyon: Ch'oego Ryŏngdoja), Kuzey Kore'nin, Kore İşçi Partisi'nin, devletin ve Kore Halk Ordusu'nun fiili en büyük lideridir . Bu unvan ulusal anayasaya ayrı bir makam olarak yazılmadı, ancak Devlet İşleri Komisyonu başkanı fiilen Kuzey Kore'nin dinî lideridir. Aynı şekilde Kore İşçi Partisi (KİP) Tüzüğü'ne göre KİP genel sekreteri İşçi Partisi'nin en üst düzey lideridir. Daha önce, Kim Jong Il döneminde bu unvan, aynı zamanda KİP genel sekreteri olan Ulusal Savunma Komisyonu Başkanlığı makamına veriliyordu. Genel bakış

Dinî liderin ilk öncelikli siyasi konumu İşçi Partisi'nin liderliğidir.^[2] Bu görev, Kuzey Kore'nin kuruluşu olan 1948'den 1966'ya kadar başkan, 1966'dan 2012'ye kadar genel sekreter, 2012'den 2016'ya kadar birinci sekreter, 2016'dan 2021'e kadar tekrar başkan ve 2021'den beri tekrar genel sekreter unvanını taşımaktadır. Propaganda çalışanları 1940'ların sonlarında Kim Il Sung'u dinî lider olarak adlandırmaya başladı ve bu terim o zamandan beri Kim Jong Il ve Kim Jong Un'un durumunu tanımlamak için kullanılmaktadır. Ancak genel olarak Kim Il Sung ve Kim Jong Il'e görev yaptıkları süre boyunca "Büyük Lider" (Korece: 위대한 수령) ve "Sevgili Lider" (Korece: 친애하는 령도자) olarak adlandırılmıştır.
