Patagonya Çölü veya Patagonya Bozkırı, Arjantin'in en büyük çölüdür ve alanına göre dünyanın 7. en büyük çölüdür. 673.000 kilometre kare alanı işgal eder. Büyük bir kısmı Arjantin sınırlarında yer alan çölün küçük bir kısmı da Şili topraklarındadır. Batısında And Dağları, doğusunda Atlas Okyanusu ile çevrilidir ve Güney Arjantin'in Patagonya bölgesinde yer alır.
