Kars'ta 1946 Türkiye yerel seçimleri

26 Mayıs 1946 Yerel Seçimleri'nde Kars Belediyesi ile 9 ilçenin belediye başkanlarının belirlenmesi için belediye meclis üyelerinin seçimi yapılmıştır. Kars il genelindeki 17.991 seçmenin 16.641'i seçimlere katılmış ve seçime katılım oranı %92 olarak gerçekleşmiştir.[1] Kars merkez ilçedeki seçmenler %94'lük bir katılım oranı göstermiştir.[2]

İl merkezindeki seçimleri Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi kazanmıştır.[3] Kars il merkezindeki belediye meclis üyeleri tarafından 24 Haziran 1946'da belediye başkanlığına Tahir Barlas getirilmiştir.[4]
