Ermeni SSC Yüksek Sovyeti (Ermenice: ՀԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհուրդ, romanize: HKhSH Geraguyn khorhurd; Rusça: Верховный Совет Армянской ССР) Ermenistan Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti'nin (Temmuz 1938'den itibaren) ve 23 Ağustos 1990'dan Ermenistan Anayasası'nın kabulüyle Ulusal Meclis'in yerine geçtiği 1995 yılına kadar bağımsız Ermenistan Cumhuriyeti'nin yüksek sovyeti (ana yasama kurumu) idi.

Ermenistan 1920'de Sovyetler Birliği'nin bir parçası olmadan önce, Yüksek Sovyet'ten önce Ermeni Ulusal Konseyi (1917-1918) ve ardından bir Horhurd'u (yasama organı) vardı.[2]
