Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde siyasal aday olma şartları

Oy pusulasında yer alma, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dışında aday olma şartları olarak bilinen bu süreç, bir siyasi parti ya da adayın bir seçimde veya oy pusulasında yer almak için gerekli şartları düzenler. Bir aday olabilme kriterleri yasal mevzuata tabi olurken; yaş, tabiyet, parti üyeliği zorunluluğu ve bir meslek sahibi olma gibi ön şartları da içerebilir.[1]
