Abdulkadir Atalık (d. 20 Ekim 1960, Düzce) Türk vali ve Danıştay üyesi.

1982 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi'nden mezun olduktan sonra Avukatlık stajı yaptı. 1984 yılında Kaymakam Adayı olarak Devlet Memurluğuna başladı. Darende, Kemah, Uludere, Güçlükonak ve Boğazlıyan Kaymakamlığı, İçişleri Bakanlığı Eğitim Şube Müdürlüğü ve Personel Daire Başkanlığı görevlerinde bulundu. 1989-1991 yıllarında İngiltere'de "Public Order" (Kamu Düzeni) konusunda yüksek lisans yaptı. Ocak 2000'de Devlet Planlama Teşkilatı'na geçerek Personel Daire Başkanlığı ve daha sonra Genel Sekreter Yardımcılığı görevini yürütmekte iken 2003 yılında Sağlık Bakanlığı Müsteşar Yardımcılığına atandı. 19 Aralık 2008 tarihli Bakanlar Kurulu Kararnamesiyle Çanakkale Valisi olarak atandı. 2011 yılında Cumhurbaşkanı Abdullah Gül tarafından Danıştay üyeliğine atandı. 12 Temmuz 2018 tarihinde Danıştay Başsavcılığına seçildi.[1] Evli ve dört çocuk babasıdır.

Sağlık Bakanlığı Müsteşar Yardımcısı iken yargı kararına uymadığı gerekçesiyle Danıştay 1. dairesi kararıyla hakkında soruşturma izni verilmiştir.[2]
