Ang ulang o lobster ay anumang iba't ibang mga nakakaing krustasyanong kinabibilangan ng pamilyang Nephropidae na kilala rin bilang Homaridae. May limang pares ng mga paa ang mga ulang, ang dalawa rito ay tinatawag na mga sipit.[2][3][4] Partikular na tumutukoy ang ulang laktaw sa isang uri ng ulang, at ang pitik-pitik sa ulang na kilala sa Ingles bilang rock lobster (literal na "batong ulang" o "ulang na bato").
