Ang Trevico ay isang komuna sa lalawigan ng Avellino, Campania, katimugang Italya.
Matatagpuan sa mga Apenino sa isang matarik na burol sa taas na 3,576 talampakan (1,090 m), ang Trevico ang pinakamataas na lugar na tinitirhan sa Campania.[5] Ang pangunahing ani nito ay mga ham, kastanyas, at patatas, bawat isa sa kanila ay iginawad sa marka ng kalidad ng PAT.
