Ang Sospiro (Cremones: Suspìir) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cremona, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 90 kilometro (56 mi) timog-silangan ng Milan at mga 10 kilometro (6 mi) timog-silangan ng Cremona.
May hangganan ang Sospiro sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Cella Dati, Malagnino, Pieve d'Olmi, Pieve San Giacomo, San Daniele Po, at Vescovato.
Sa likas na pang-agrikultura, sa teritoryo nito ay makakahanap ng mga halimbawa ng mga bahay-kanayunan na itinayo noong ika-18 siglo: Cascina Colombarolo, Cascina Bruciacuore, Cascina Casaletto, Cascina Orezoletta atbp.
