Ang Castelleone (lokal na Castigliòn) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cremona, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 50 kilometro (31 mi) timog-silangan ng Milan at mga 30 kilometro (19 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Cremona.
Ang Castelleone ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Cappella Cantone, Fiesco, Gombito, Izano, Madignano, Ripalta Arpina, San Bassano, Soresina, at Trigolo.
