Sitosol
Ang sitosol ay isang masikip na solusyon ng maraming iba't ibang mga uri ng molekula na pumupuno sa halos lahat ng bolyum ng mga selula.

Ang sitosol (Ingles: cytosol), pluidong intraselular (Ingles: intracellular fluid) o sitoplasmikong matris (Ingles: cytoplasmic matrix) ay isang likidong matatagpuan sa loob ng mga selula na hinihiwalay sa mga kompartmento (paghahati) ng mga membrano ng selula. Halimbawa, ang matris na mitokondriyal ay humihiwalay sa mitokondrion sa mga kompartmento.

Ang nilalaman ng isang selulang eukaryotiko sa loob ng membrano ng selula (na hindi kasama ang nukleus ng selula) ay tinatawag na sitoplasma. Sa mga prokaryot, ang karamihan sa mga reaksiyong kemikal ng metabolismo ay nangyayari sa sitosol samantalang ang ilan ay nangyayari sa mga membrano ng selula o sa mga espasyong periplasmiko. Sa mga eukaryot, bagaman ang maraming mga metabolikong landas ay nangyayari pa rin sa sitosol, ang iba ay nakalagay sa loob ng mga organel.
