Ang Selci ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Rieti sa rehiyon ng gitnang Italya na Lazio, na matatagpuan mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) hilaga ng Roma at mga 25 kilometro (16 mi) timog-kanluran ng Rieti. Noong 31 Disyembre 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 1,038 at may lawak na 7.8 kilometro kuwadrado (3.0 mi kuw).[3]

May hangganan ang Selci sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Cantalupo in Sabina, Forano, Tarano, at Torri in Sabina.
