Ang Pescate (Lecchese: Pescàa) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Lecco, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 45 kilometro (28 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Milan at mga 2 kilometro (1 mi) timog ng Lecco. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 2,120 at may lawak na 2.1 kilometro kuwadrado (0.81 mi kuw).[3]
Ang munisipalidad ng Pescate ay naglalaman ng mga frazione (mga subdibisyon, pangunahin na mga nayon at pamayanan) Pescalina, Insirano, Torrette Inferiori, at Torrette Superiori.
May hangganan ang Pescate sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Galbiate, Garlate, at Lecco.
Pinagmulan ng pangalan
Ang toponimo ay magiging isang sanggunian sa pangingisda, isang pang-ekonomiyang aktibidad na nagtatrabaho sa karamihan ng mga naninirahan sa loob ng maraming siglo.[4] Ang pangalan ng mga nayon ng Torrette ay nauugnay sa pagkakaroon ng isang pugon.[4]
