Si Usermaatre Setepenre Pami ang paraon na naghari sa Ehipto ng 7 taon. Siya ay kasapi ng Ikadalawampu't dalawang Dinastiya ng Ehipto ng mga Meshwesh Libyan na namuhay sa Ehipto simula ng Ikadalawampung Dinastiya ng Ehipto nang ang kanilang mga ninuno ay nanghimasok sa Deltang Ehipsiyo mula sa Libya. Ang kanilang mga inapo ay nagsimulang maghari sa Ehipto mula gitna ng mga 940 BCE sa pag-akyat sa trono ni Shoshenq I. Ang pangalan ni Pami sa Ehipsiyo ay nangangahulugang Pusa o "Siya na kabilang sa Pusang Bastet".[1]
