Si Intef III ang paraon ng Ikalabingisang Dinastiya ng Ehipto. Ang Kanon ng Turin ay nagsasaad na siya ay naghari ng 8 taon.[3] Ang kanyang pangalang Horus na Nakjtnebtepnefer ay nangangahulugang "Horus, ang isang nagwagi, ang Panginoon ng mabuting pasimula. Siya ay inilibng sa libingang saff sa el-Tarif (Thebes). Matagumpay na naipagtanggol ni Intef III ang teritoryong napagwagian ni Intef II at pinanatili ang teritoryo hanggang sa ikalabingpitong nome ng Itaas na Ehipto. Kanyang ibinalik ang nagibang libingan ng isang ginawang diyos na prinsipeng nagngangalang Hekayeb sa Aswan.[4] Pagkatapos ng isang maikli at mapayapang 8 taong paghahari, siya ay hinalinhan sa trono ng kanyang anak na si Mentuhotep II.
