Ang Ortacesus ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Timog Cerdeña, rehiyon ng Cerdeña, kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 35 kilometro (22 mi) hilaga ng Cagliari, kasama sa tradisyonal na subrehiyon ng Trexenta.
Ang Ortacesus ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Barrali, Guamaggiore, Guasila, Pimentel, Sant'Andrea Frius, Selegas, at Senorbì.
Storia
Ang lugar ay naninirahan na sa panahong Nurahika at Romano, dahil sa pagkakaroon ng ilang ebidensiyang arkeolohiko sa lugar.
Noong 1703, ang teritoryo ay inialay ni Artale de Alagón sa kaniyang anak na si Isabella na ikinasal kay Giuseppe da Silva. Ai Da Silva - Natubos si Alagon noong 1839 sa pagbuwag ng sistemang piyudal.
Mula 1928 hanggang 1946 ito ay isinanib, kasama ang Guamaggiore, sa munisipalidad ng Selegas.
