Ang Lessona ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Biella, rehiyon ng Piamonte, Hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Turin at mga 12 kilometro (7 mi) silangan ng Biella. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 2,487 at may lawak na 11.7 kilometro kuwadrado (4.5 mi kuw).[2]
May hangganan ang Lessona sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Casapinta, Castelletto Cervo, Cossato, Crosa, Masserano, at Mottalciata.
Ginawa sa Lessona ang alak ng Lessona na isa ring alak na may mahusay na kalidad, na nabino mula noong ika-12 siglo.
Mula noong Enero 1, 2016, ang munisipalidad ng Lessona ay epektibong bumubuo ng isang bagong munisipalidad, ang resulta ng pagsasanib sa pagitan ng nauna (na may parehong pangalan) at ng dating munisipalidad ng Crosa.
