Ang Candelo ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Biella, rehiyon ng Piamonte, Hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Turin at mga 4 kilometro (2 mi) timog-silangan ng Biella.
Ang Candelo ay may hangganan ng mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Benna, Biella, Cossato, Gaglianico, Valdengo, Verrone, Vigliano Biellese. Ito ay miyembro ng asosasyong I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("Ang mga pinakamagandang nayon ng Italya").[4]
