Ang hototay[1] ay isang uri pagkaing Intsik na nagmula sa mga Kantones. Naglalaman ang lutuing ito ng mga dibdib ng manok, remolatsa, tsitsaro, nilagang itlog, at malinaw na sabaw. Sinasangkapan din ito ng laman-loob at bituka ng manok, siyomay, at kabuti. Bagaman isang lutuing Tsino, naging bahagi na rin ito ng mga lutuin sa mga bahay-kainang Pilipino.[2]
