Ang Graffignano ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Viterbo sa rehiyon ng Lazio ng Gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 80 kilometro (50 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Roma at mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Viterbo.
