Ang Canepina ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) ng lalawigan ng Viterbo, rehiyon ng Lazio, Gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Roma at mga 11 kilometro (7 mi) timog-silangan ng Viterbo.

Ang pangalang Canepina ay nagmula sa salitang cannabis: hindi kataka-taka, noong ikalabing pitong siglo pa, ang bayan ay isa lamang malawak na plantasyon ng cannabis. Mula dito ipinanganak ang pangalang Canapina, na noong sumunod na siglo ay naging Canepina.[4]
