Ang Fasano (bigkas sa Italyano: [faˈzaːno]; Barese: Fasciànë) ay isang bayan at komuna sa Lalawigan ng Brindisi, Apulia, Katimugang Italya. Ito ang pangalawang pinakamataong bayan sa lalawigan pagkatapos ng Brindisi, at may populasyon ng 40,227 noong 2016.

Minamarkahan ng bayan ang hangganan sa pagitan ng Salento at ng Kalakhang Lungsod ng Bari. Ito ay matatagpuan halos 50 kilometro (31 mi) mula sa lahat ng tatlong kapitolyo ng mga probinsiya sa Apulia, ang Bari, Taranto, at Brindisi .
