Ang Monopoli (Italyano: [moˈnɔːpoli] ; Monopolitano: Menòpele [məˈnɔːpələ]) ay isang bayan at munisipalidad sa Italya, sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Bari at rehiyon ng Apulia. Ang bayan ay humigit-kumulang na 156 kilometro kuwadrado (60 mi kuw) na kinasasakupan at matatagpuan sa Dagat Adriatico mga 40 kilometro (25 mi) timog-silangan ng Bari. Ito ay may populasyon na 49,246 (2014) at pinakamahalaga ito bilang isang sentro ng agrikultura, industriya, at turismo.
