Kasaysayan

Itinatag ang DWZR noong Hunyo 21, 1969 ni Dr. Hernandez Baldo ng Manito.[7] Kabilang ito sa tatlo sa lungsod na pinayagang umere sa kalagitnaan ng batas militar.[8]
