Ang lungsod (commune) ng Cayenne (Pagbigkas sa Pranses: [kajɛn]) ay ang kabisera ng French Guiana, isang panlabas na rehiyon ng bansang Pransiya na matatagpuan sa Timog Amerika. Ang lungsod ay nakatayo sa isang dating isla sa bukana ng Ilog Cayenne sa baybayin ng Karagatang Atlantiko. May kasabihan (motto) ang lungsod na ito na "ferit aurum industria" na nangangahulugang "ang paggawa ay nagdadala ng kayamanan".[1]

Ayon sa senso noong 2009 na isinagawa ng Institut National de la Statistique et des Études Économiques o INSEE, mayroong 116,124 katao sa kalakhang Cayenne,[2][3] 57,047 sa mga ito ang naninirahan sa mismong lungsod (commune) ng Cayenne.[3]
