Ang Castelseprio ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Varese, rehiyon ng Lombardia, Hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 35 kilometro (22 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Milan at mga 11 kilometro (7 mi) timog ng Varese, karatig ng mga munisipalidad ng Cairate, Carnago, Gornate-Olona, at Lonate Ceppino.
Ang pangunahing sentro, na dating kilala bilang Vico Seprio (isang pangalan na nasa impormal na lokal na paggamit pa rin) ay malapit sa makasaysayang makabuluhang guho ng sinaunang at medieval na lungsod ng Castelseprio, na ngayon ay nasa isang sona arkeolohiko na bukas sa publiko sa mga normal na oras.
