Si Milton Finger, propesyunal na kilala bilang Bill Finger[1] (8 Pebrero 1914[2] - 18 Enero 1974)[1][3] ay isang manunulat para sa komiks at aklat na komiks mula sa Estados Unidos. Kilala si Finger bilang isa sa mga gumawa ng karakter ng DC Comics na si Batman kasama ni Bob Kane. Bilang kasamang-arkitekto din, ginawa niya ang pagpapabuti ng serye ng Batman.
