ดรอสไพรีโนน หรือ โดรสไพรีโนน (อังกฤษ: Drospirenone) เป็นยากลุ่มโปรเกสตินที่ใช้เป็นยาเม็ดคุมกำเนิดเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ และใช้รักษากลุ่มอาการหลังหมดประจำเดือน^[1][7] โดยทั่วไปรู้จักในชื่อการค้า สลินดา (อังกฤษ: Slynda) และ ยาสมิน (อังกฤษ: Yasmin) ซึ่งผสมเอสโตรเจน^[7][2] ดรอสไพรีโนนเป็นยากิน^[2][1]

ผลข้างเคียงที่พบได้บ่อยคือสิว, ปวดหัว, คัดตึงเต้านม, น้ำหนักตัวเพิ่ม และ ความผิดปกติในรอบประจำเดือน^[2] ผลข้างเคียงที่พบได้ยาก เช่น โพทัสเซียมในเลือดสูง และ ลิ่มเบือดอุดตัน^[2][8] ดรอสไพรีโนนเป็นยากลุ่มโปรเจสติน (progestin) หรือโปรเจสโตเจนสังเคราะห์ ฉะนั้นจึงกระตุ้นตัวรับโปรเจสเตอโรน^[1] นอกจากนี้ ดรอสไพรีโนนยังมีฤทธิ์ต้านมิเนอโรคอร์ติคอยด์ และ ต้านอานโดรเจน และไม่มีฤทธิ์ทางฮอร์โมนอื่นอีก^[1] เนื่องด้วยฤทธิ์ต้านมิเนอโรคอร์ติคอยด์และลักษณะที่ไม่ปรากฏฤทธิ์นอกเป้าหมาย ยาดรอสไพรีโนนจึงถือกันว่าเป็นยาที่คล้ายคลึงทางชีวภาพกับโปรเจสเตอโรน มากกว่าโปรเจสตินตัวอื่น ๆ^[9][10]
