เตเลเมอา (โรมาเนีย: telemea, ออกเสียง: [teleˈme̯a]) เป็นเนยแข็งโรมาเนียที่ตามธรรมเนียมดั้งเดิมทำมาจากนมแกะ[1] แต่ในปัจจุบันอาจทำมาจากนมวัว นมแพะ และนมควาย

เตเลเมอามีลักษณะคล้ายกับ เฟตา ของกรีซ, เทเลเม ของตุรกี, ซีแรแน ของบัลแกเรียและมาซิโดเนีย และ ซีร์ ของเซอร์เบีย แต่เตเลเมอาอาจมีส่วนประกอบของน้ำมากกว่า ทำให้มีลักษณะนุ่มถึงกึ่งนุ่ม มีสีขาว มีเนื้อสัมผัสเป็นครีม และให้รสออกเปรี้ยวหลังชิม นอกจากนี้ยังมีรูปแบบที่นำเตเลเมอาไปผ่านกระบวนการบ่มเพื่อให้ได้รสเค็มยิ่งขึ้น บางครั้งยังอาจใส่เมล็ดยี่หร่าเพิ่มเพื่อให้ได้กลิ่นรสหอมหวานอย่างเครื่องเทศ[1]

การรับรอง

ตั้งแต่ปี 2004 เตเลเมอาจากท้องถิ่นต่าง ๆ ได้รับการเสนอชื่อและรับรองให้เป็นอาหารจานพิเศษดั้งเดิมที่ได้รับการคุ้มครองของโรมาเนีย และเตเลเมอาจากท้องถิ่นต่อไปนี้ยังได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนการตั้งชื่อจากแหล่งกำเนิดที่ได้รับการคุ้มครอง (พีดีโอ) หรือสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ที่ได้รับการคุ้มครอง (พีจีไอ)[2]
