อีโลอีโล (ฮีลีไกโนน: Iloilo; กินาไรอา: Iloilo; ฟิลิปปินส์: Iloilo; สเปน: Iloílo) เป็นนครหนาแน่นทางตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของเกาะปาไนย์ในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ และเป็นเมืองหลักประจำจังหวัดอีโลอีโลในเชิงภูมิศาสตร์ แต่ปกครองตนเองอย่างเป็นอิสระ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นศูนย์กลางของเขตมหานครอีโลอีโล-กีมารัสและภูมิภาคคันลูรังคาบีซายาอัน จากการสำมะโนในปี ค.ศ. 2015 พบว่ามีประชากร 447,992 คน มีอัตราการเติบโต 1.02% ส่วนในระดับมหานครมีประชากร 946,146 คน

อีโลอีโลมีอาณาเขตติดต่อกับเมืองโอโตนทางทิศตะวันตก ติดกับเมืองปาบีอาทางทิศเหนือ และติดกับเมืองเลกาเนสทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ส่วนทางทิศตะวันออกและใต้ เป็นช่องแคบอีโลอีโล ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งของเกาะจังหวัดกีมารัส ตัวนครเกิดจากการรวมตัวของเมืองต่าง ๆ ที่อยู่ใกล้เคียงกัน ได้แก่ อะเรบาโล, ซิตีโพรเพอร์, ฮาโร (เคยเป็นนครอิสระมาก่อน), ลาปาซ, มันดูร์รีเอา และโมโล ซึ่งเมืองเหล่านี้ก็กลายเป็นเขตของนครในเวลาต่อมา ส่วนเขตลาปุซนั้น แยกตัวจากเขตลาปาซในปี ค.ศ. 2008[4]

การก่อตั้งนครเริ่มต้นจากการก่อตั้งเมืองอะเรบาโลใน ค.ศ. 1581 เมื่อจอมพลชาวสเปน Gonzalo Ronquillo de Peñalosa ย้ายศูนย์กลางอาณานิคมจากเมืองโอกโตง มายังที่นี่

อีโลอีโลได้รับฉายา "La Muy Leal y Noble Ciudad" (นครที่จงรักภักดีและสง่างามที่สุด) เนื่องจากตัวนครได้รับการอุปถัมภ์จากสมเด็จพระราชินีมาเรีย คริสตินา ในช่วงของการปฏิวัติภายในประเทศ ทำให้นครยังได้รับฉายา นครราชินีแห่งแดนใต้ โดยในยุคอาณานิคม นครแห่งนี้มีความสำคัญเป็นรองเพียงมะนิลาเท่านั้น

นอกจากนี้ตัวนครยังอยู่เกือบกึ่งกลางของประเทศ ทำให้ได้รับฉายา "หัวใจของฟิลิปปินส์" และมีคฤหาสน์ยุคอาณานิคมหลายแห่ง ทำให้ได้รับฉายา "นครแห่งพิพิธภัณฑ์" และ "นครแห่งคฤหาสน์"
