ตำราฟาร์มาโคเปียของสหรัฐอเมริกา[2] (อังกฤษ: United States Pharmacopeia; ชื่อย่อ: USP) เป็นตำรายา (หนังสือสรุปของข้อมูลยา) สำหรับประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา จัดพิมพ์เป็นประจำทุกปีโดยคณะกรรมการตำราฟาร์มาโคเปียของสหรัฐอเมริกา (United States Pharmacopeial Convention มักเรียกโดยย่อว่า USP) ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรที่เป็นเจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้าและยังเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในตัวตำรายา USP ตีพิมพ์ร่วมกับ National Formulary (ตำรับยาแห่งชาติ) ในเล่มเดียวกันในชื่อ USP-NF[3] ยาที่อยู่ภายใต้มาตรฐาน USP มีทั้งยาสำหรับมนุษย์ (ยาจำหน่ายตามใบสั่งยา ยาจำหน่ายหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ หรือยาอื่น ๆ) และยาสำหรับสัตว์ มาตรฐาน USP-NF ยังมีบทบาทในรัฐบัญญัติของสหรัฐ ยาหรือส่วนผสมของยาที่มีชื่อใน USP-NF จะถือว่าเป็นยาปลอมหากไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานเป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งในด้านความแรง คุณภาพ หรือความบริสุทธิ์ USP ยังกำหนดมาตรฐานสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารและส่วนผสมอาหาร (ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Food Chemicals Codex) USP ไม่มีบทบาทในการบังคับใช้มาตรฐานของตนเอง การบังคับใช้เป็นความรับผิดชอบขององค์การอาหารและยาสหรัฐ (Food and Drug Administration; FDA) และหน่วยงานรัฐอื่น ๆ ในสหรัฐ
