กลยุทธ์น่านน้ำสีคราม (อังกฤษ: Blue Ocean Strategy) เป็นหนังสือเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ เขียนโดย W. Chan Kim และ Renée Mauborgne จากสถาบันกลยุทธ์น่านน้ำสีคราม (The Blue Ocean Strategy Institute) ที่อินซีด (INSEAD) ตีพิมพ์ครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2548 หนังสือเล่มนี้กล่าวถึงความเชื่อของผู้เขียนว่า องค์การสามารถสร้างความเติบโตและผลกำไรในระดับสูง จากการก่อเกิดอุปสงค์ในช่องทางการตลาดที่ไร้การแข่งขัน ซึ่งเรียกว่า "น่านน้ำสีคราม" (blue ocean) มากกว่าจะไปแข่งขันตัวต่อตัว กับผู้จัดหาวัตถุดิบรายอื่นของลูกค้าที่รู้จักในอุตสาหกรรมที่มีอยู่แล้ว [1]

น่านน้ำสีแดง หมายถึงอุตสาหกรรมทั้งหมดที่มีอยู่ในทุกวันนี้ คือพื้นที่ว่างในการตลาดที่รู้จัก (known market space) ในน่านน้ำสีแดง ขอบเขตของอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ถูกกำหนดขึ้นและเป็นที่ยอมรับ และมีกฎเกณฑ์แห่งเกมการแข่งขัน บริษัทต่างๆ ในกลุ่มนี้พยายามเอาชนะคู่แข่งขัน โดยการแก่งแย่งส่วนแบ่งอุปสงค์ของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่มากกว่า เมื่อพื้นที่ว่างในการตลาดหนาแน่นมากขึ้น การคาดหวังต่อการเติบโตและผลกำไรจะลดลง ผลิตภัณฑ์จะกลายเป็นโภคภัณฑ์ (commodity) หรือไม่ก็สินค้าเฉพาะทาง (niche) และทำให้การแข่งขันในน่านน้ำเข้มข้นดุเดือดมากขึ้น จึงเป็นที่มาของวลีน่านน้ำสีแดง [2]

ในทางตรงข้าม น่านน้ำสีคราม หมายถึงอุตสาหกรรมทั้งหมดที่ยังไม่มีในทุกวันนี้ คือพื้นที่ว่างในการตลาดที่ยังไม่รู้จัก (unknown market space) เป็นการแข่งขันที่ยังไม่มีมลทิน ในน่านน้ำสีคราม อุปสงค์ถูกสร้างขึ้นแทนที่จะต้องแก่งแย่งแข่งขัน มีโอกาสเหลือเฟือสำหรับการเติบโตทั้งในด้านการเข้าสู่ตลาดและการแสวงหาผลกำไร การแข่งขันยังเป็นสิ่งที่อยู่นอกเหนือประเด็น เนื่องจากกฎเกณฑ์แห่งเกมการแข่งขันกำลังรอคอยที่จะถูกสร้างขึ้น น่านน้ำสีครามจึงเป็นการอุปมาช่องทางการตลาดที่มีศักยภาพกว้างกว่าและลึกกว่าซึ่งยังไม่เคยค้นพบมาก่อน [2]
