Streptotricinska hidrolaza (EC 3.5.2.19, sttH (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom streptotricin-F hidrolaza.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

streptotricin-F + H₂O ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ streptothricin-F kiselina

Ovaj enzim takođe katalizuje hidrolizu streptotricina-D do streptotricin-D kiseline.
