Pteridin oksidaza (EC 1.17.3.1, pteridinska oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-amino-4-hidroksipteridin:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (7-hidroksilacija).^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:

2-amino-4-hidroksipteridin + O₂ ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ 2-amino-4,7-dihidroksipteridin

Ovaj enzim se razlikuje od EC 1.17.3.2, ksantinske oksidaze. On ne deluje na hipoksantine.
