Difosfat—glicerol fosfotransferaza (EC 2.7.1.79, PPi-glicerolna fosfotransferaza, pirofosfat-glicerolna fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom difosfat:glicerol 1-fosfotransferaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

difosfat + glicerol ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ fosfat + glicerol 1-fosfat

Ovaj enzim može da bude identičan sa EC 3.1.3.9, glukoza-6-fosfatazom.
