Aspergilopepsin-II (EC 3.4.23.19, proteinaza A, proktaza A, Aspergillus niger var. makrosporna aspartinska proteinaza) je enzim.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Preferentno razlaganje B lanca insulina: Asn³-Gln, Gly¹³-Ala, Tyr²⁶-Thr

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Aspergillus niger var. Macrosporus.
