I understand how you reacted. Lack of an edit summary can seem like vandalism and it does seem you don't know who Ryulong is from times past. My advice for the future would be to first consider the nature of the edits. Vandals rarely remove iw links. Secondly, check to see when the user joined here and check to see if they have accounts elsewhere.
