Do warn vandals everytime they vandalize
Hello, thanks for reverting the vandalism on Isaac Newton. However. you failed to warn them. Please start from level 1 warning to level 4 warning and then a report can be made to VIP if they continue. Thanks much.--Cohaf (talk) 12:55, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
