Paul Warfield Tibbets Jr. (23. februar 1915 – 1. novembar 2007) bio je američki zrakoplovni oficir, najpoznatiji po službi u vojnom zrakoplovstvu u Drugom vsjetskom ratu, odnosno kao pilot Enola Gay, bombardera kojim je 6. augusta 1945. atomska bomba Little Boy bačena na Hiroshimu.

Tibbets se vojnom zrakoplovstvu priključio 1937. godine, a rat započeo vodeći protivpodmorničke patrole u Atlantiku. U februaru 1942. je imenovan zapovjednikom 340. bombarderske eskadrile te istakao nizom borbenih akcija u kampanji bombadiranja nacističke Njemačke. U februaru 1943. je vraćen u SAD gdje je sudjelovao u razvoju novog strateškog bombardera Boeing B-29 Superfortress. U septembru 1944. je imenovan zapovjednikom 509. kombinirane grupe koja će na kraju rata provesti atomske napade.

Tibbets je karijeru nastavio nakon rata, te je 1946. izveo znameniti nuklearni test na atolu Bikini, a početkom 1950-ih sudjelovao u razvoju novog strateškog bombardera Boeing B-47 Stratojet. Godine 1966. je napustio ratno zrakoplovstvo i radio za civilnu kompaniju Executive Jet Aviation gdje će se 1987. umiroviti.
