Papalizin 1 (EC 3.4.24.79, proteaza insulinu-sličnog faktora vezujućeg proteina-4) je enzim.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Razlaganje Met¹³⁵-Lys veze u insulinu-sličnom faktor rasta vezujućem proteinu (IGFBP4), i Ser¹⁴³-Lys veze u IGFBP5

Ovaj enzip pripada peptidaznoj familiji M43.
