Mieloblastin (EC 3.4.21.76, leukocitna proteinaza 3, leukocitna proteinaza 4, Vegenerov granulomatozni autoantigen, proteinaza PR-3, proteinaza-3, PMNL proteinaza) je enzim.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza proteina, uključujući elastin, se preferentnim razlaganjem: -Ala- > -Val-

Ovaj enzim je prisutan u polimorfonuklearnim leukocitnim granulama.
