Hinin 3-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.67, hininska 3-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hinin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hinin + NADPH + H+ + O2 3-hidroksihinin + NADP+ + H2O
