Feoforbid a oksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.20, feid a monooksigenaza, feid a oksigenaza, PAO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom feoforbid-a,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira biladien).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- feoforbid a + NADPH + H+ + O2 red hlorofil katabolit + NADP+
This enzim katalizuje ključnu reakciju u hlorofilnoj degradaciji, do koje dolazi tokom starenja lišća i zrenja voća kod viših biljki.
