Angelicin sintaza (EC 1.14.13.115, CYP71AJ4 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-kolumbianetin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(+)-kolumbianetin + NADPH + H⁺ + O₂ ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ angelicin + NADP⁺ + aceton + 2H₂O

Ovaj P450 monooksigenazni enzim učestvuje u formiranju angularnih furanokumarina.
