Abietadienol hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.109, CYP720B1, PtAO, abietadienolna hidroksilaza (nespecifična)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom abieta-7,13-dien-18-ol,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (18-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

abieta-7,13-dien-18-ol + NADPH + H+ + O2 abieta-7,13-dien-18-al + NADP+ + 2H2O (sveukupna reakcija)
(1a) abieta-7,13-dien-18-ol + NADPH + H+ + O2 abieta-7,13-dien-18,18-diol + NADP+ + H2O
(1b) abieta-7,13-dien-18,18-diol abieta-7,13-dien-18-al + H2O (spontana reakcija)

Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450). On učestvuje u biosintezi abietinske kiseline.
