4-nitrofenilfosfataza (EC 3.1.3.41, nitrofenilna fosfataza, p-nitrofenilfosfataza, para-nitrofenilna fosfataza, K-pNPPaza, NPPaza, PNPPaza, Ekto-p-nitrofenilna fosfataza, p-nitrofenilfosfatna fosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-nitrofenilfosfat fosfohidrolaza.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

4-nitrofenil fosfat + H₂O ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ 4-nitrofenol + fosfat

Brojne druge supstance, uključujući fenil fosfat, 4-nitrofenil sulfat, acetil fosfat i glicerol fosfat, nisu supstrati.
