3-Hidroksipropionil-KoA dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.116, 3-hydroxypropionyl-CoA dehydratase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-hidroksipropionil-KoA hidrolijaza.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

3-hidroksipropanoil-KoA ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ akrilil-KoA + H₂O

Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka u 3-hidroksipropionat/4-hidroksibutiratnom ciklusu.
