2-Oksoglutaratna karboksilaza (EC 6.4.1.7, oksalosukcinatna sintetaza, karboksilujući faktor za ICDH, CFI, OGC) je enzim.^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + 2-oksoglutarat + HCO₃^-

\rightleftharpoons

ADP + fosfat + oksalosukcinat

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg²⁺.
